GROW
Mixed acrylic, oil, pen, and ink.Handwritten words beneath the painted mud name systems of oppression and inherited conditioning. Guided by the wisdom of nature and awareness of the cosmos, an anthropomorphic lotus untangles, transforms, and blooms freely.

Illustrations
Each illustration begins as an original handmade artwork created with traditional media. Selected pieces may later be licensed for reproduction. I occasionally welcome illustration projects that are a good mutual fit and allow for artistic interpretation.Previous work includes books, educational materials, theater, apparel, posters, and artist merchandise.

Puppets & Dolls
My puppets and dolls are hand-sewn using reclaimed materials whenever possible, always giving every character a handmade heart before completion. Visible stitches, asymmetry, layered textures, and the marks of the maker are central to this folk art practice, honoring generations of handcraft traditions and the transformative power of making by hand.

Poetry & Writing
A lifelong creative practice exploring inner worlds through poetry, prose, and playwriting. Recent work includes co-writing for puppet theater and a published educational card deck honoring stages of human development. A collection of poems and prose fragments is currently in progress.
Creative Consultation
Reflective conversation offering fresh perspective for artists, organizations, and individuals exploring new ideas or refining existing projects.Conversations may include brainstorming, creative feedback, symbolism and meaning, accessibility, environmental stewardship, ancestral traditions, and lasting legacy.Previous collaborations have included schools, retreat centers, arts and community organizations, businesses, place-based projects, and fellow artists, writers, performers, and musicians.Available by phone or video.
